Shipping Charges

*All free shipping refers to (1) order and (1) shipping destination, multiple orders may not be combined. Shipping fee is based on the total order dollar amount before taxes and after all applicable discounts are applied. All orders are shipped from Central New Jersey.

Freight Forwarder Locations

UPS is instructed to deliver ONLY to the address that is entered on the order. If your freight forwarder has more than one location, UPS will ONLY deliver the package to the address as entered.

Rush Deliveries

At this time all orders placed online are shipped via UPS Ground.

If you would like to expedite your order, you must call eService at 1-800-845-5376 and place your order by phone with additional expedited shipping costs. Please note that expedited deliveries are not compliant with our free shipping policy and therefore additional charges will apply.

Delivery Outside of the Contiguous USA

We regret to inform you that deliveries to AK, HI & PR do not qualify for free shipping policy and are subject to standard UPS shipping rates. We regret to inform you that Villeroy & Boch US does not ship outside of the USA or to P.O. boxes at this time. We also do not ship to Guam. 

Returns and Exchanges

We do not offer free shipping on returns. You may return any item purchased in our official online store by mail. Return shipping costs are up to the customer. Refunds are provided within 30 days when accompanied by a Villeroy & Boch sales receipt or order confirmation email. Upon the inspection a refund will be issued to you for the value of the item including taxes. Shipping fees are not refundable.
