Ingredients:

For 2 servings:

• 1 banana
• 300g frozen, mixed berries
(e.g., blackberries, blueberries, currents, raspberries)
• 150g coconut flavored yogurt
• 2 tbl cacao nibs
• 2 tsp pumpkin seeds
• 1 stalk of fresh mint

Smoothie Bowl with Frozen Berries

Preparation:

Preparation time: 5 minutes.

1. Peel the banana and puree it with 250 g berries and the yogurt in a smoothie bullet blender.

2. Distribute the smoothie between two bowls and garnish with cocoa nibs, pumpkin seeds and the rest of the berries.

3. Wash the mint leaves, shake them dry and sprinkle them on the smoothie bowls.
