Ingredients

Preparation time about 20 minutes
• 2 2 tablespoon butter
• 2 eggs
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 250 g milk
• 200 g flour
• 1 tsp. baking powder
• 1 pinch of salt
• 2 tbsp vegetable oil or clarified butter
• Maple syrup, blue berries, Mint
Pancakes
1. Melt butter. Beat eggs with sugar until frothy. Mix in milk and butter.
2. Stir in flour, baking powder and salt.
3. Heat some of the clarified butter in a frying pan and brown 3-4 pancakes until golden in it.
4. Arrange pancakes on a plate and enjoy with blue berries and maple syrup.
