London Mule

Ingredients:

5 cl Woodland Sauerland Dry Gin (or another gin)
2 cl fresh lime juice
2 thin and extremely long strips of cucumber peel
8 cl ginger beer
1 tsp honey
Ice cubes
Ginger
Lime slices

Preparation:

Cut the peel of one half of a cucumber into thin strips, peel the fresh ginger and cut together with a half of a lime into paper-thin slices. Put the ice cubes, fresh lime juice and honey into a glass. Pour ginger beer over it and then garnish with the ginger, lime slices and cucumber strips.
