Baked Sweet Potatoes
1. Peel the sweet potatoes and cut into slices, about 1 cm thin. Peel the onions and cut into eighths.
2. Distribute the sweet potato slices in an oven-proof baking dish, layer the red onion on top, sprinkle with the cumin seed and season with salt and paper and finally dribble generously with olive oil.
3. Bake for about 30 minutes in a pre-heated oven at 180°C until the onions and sweet potatoes are soft and fragrant.
4. Add the sage leaves and bake another 5-10 minutes until they are crispy.
