Cutting board, knife, large pan, cooking spoon 7 g chilies / 1 clove of garlic / 2 spring onions / 2 slices of bacon
1. Mince chilies and garlic finely. Cut the green onion into thin rings. Set aside the green part of the green onions for serving. Cut the bacon into strips and fry at medium heat in a pan until crisp.

1 T. sesame oil
2. Add sesame oil, white green onion rings, chopped garlic and chilies to the bacon and sauté for about 1 min.

300 g rice / 1/2 tsp. soy sauce / 1 egg/ salt
3. Add rice and brown for about 2 min. Then add the soy sauce and mix well. As soon as the rice starts to get crispy, add the egg to the pan and mix with the other ingredients thoroughly. Season with salt. 

Chilies for garnish / soy sauce for serving
4. Arrange in a bowl and garnish with the green spring onions set aside earlier, and chilies and soy sauce as desired. Enjoy!
