For 4 people:

• 400 g spaghetti Gragnano
• 20-25 Pachino tomatoes (5-6 per person), quartered
• 320 g tomato sauce
• 8 g grated lemon peel
• Oil as needed
• Salt as needed
• Chilli peppers as needed

SPAGHETTI GRAGNANO WITH FRESH TOMATOES, CHILLI PEPPERS AND LEMON

Preparation:

1. Boil suffi cient salt water in a pot. Add spaghetti and boil for at least 8 minutes

2. Prepare the sauce as follows in the meantime:

Heat a pan with a bit of oil and then brown the tomatoes. Add salt and chilli peppers, then add the tomato sauce. Boil at higher average temperature for no more than 4 to 5 minutes, add some water from the spaghetti. Strain the spaghetti after 8 minutes and place in the pan with the previously prepared sauce. Add some water and then mix. Simmer for 2 minutes. Add some virgin olive oil and grated lemon peel. Serve.
