• 1 walnut-sized piece of ginger• 750 ml red wine• 6 cl rum• 1 cinnamon stick• 5 capsules of cardamom• 3 cloves• 75 g sugar• 75 g raisins• 50 g blanched almonds
1. Peel the ginger and cut into thin slices. Put in a pot with the wine, rum and spices and heat but do not allow to boil. Add raisins and almond, stir, and serve.
