For 4 people:

• 1 walnut-sized piece of ginger
• 750 ml red wine
• 6 cl rum
• 1 cinnamon stick
• 5 capsules of cardamom
• 3 cloves
• 75 g sugar
• 75 g raisins
• 50 g blanched almonds

MULLED WINE

Preparation

1. Peel the ginger and cut into thin slices. Put in a pot with the wine, rum and spices and heat but do not allow to boil. Add raisins and almond, stir, and serve.
