Ingredients for about 20 cakepops:

• 125 g soft butter
• 200 g sugar
• 2 eggs
• 125 g sifted flour
• 1 pinch salt
• 1 tsp. butter
• 50 g butter
• 75 g cream cheese
• 75 g flaked coconut
• ½ vanilla bean marrow
• 150 g white couverture
• 20 cakepop sticks

Coconut Cakepops

Preparation:

1. Beat butter and sugar until creamy. Add egg gradually. Then add the flour and stir in.

2. Grease a square pan with butter and pour in the dough. Bake for 45-50 minutes in the oven. As soon as the cake is completely cooled, crumble it into a mixing bowl. Stir in butter, cream cheese, flaked coconut and vanilla bean. Shape 20 little balls and allow to chill.

3. Melt couverture. Dip one end of the cakepop stick quickly into the couverture. Then poke the cake ball onto the stick. Now completely dip the balls in the couverture and then sprinkle with flaked coconut.
