Little rabbit pastries
- Add the flour, salt and sugar to a mixing bowl and mix. Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm milk and then knead into the flour mixture with the butter and egg.
Knead the dough and leave to rest covered in a warm place for 1 hour.
Then split the dough into 6 pieces. Roll each piece into 30 cm long strips, placing some to the side for the tail, and roll into a small ball.
Place a ball in the middle of a strand and wrap the ends around the ball twice.
Place on a baking sheet covered with parchment and allow to rest for another 20 minutes. Brush with cream or egg yoke and decorate with decorating sugar.
Bake in the pre-heated oven at 190°C for about 10-15 minutes.
