Ingredients for 2 Artesano Hot Beverages glasses, XL:

• 800 ml milk
• 150 g chili-chocolate
• 100 ml heavy cream
• 30 g roasted almond slivers for garnish
• 1 pinch of cocoa powder for garnish

HOT CHILI CHOCOLATE WITH CREAM

Preparation

1. Warm the milk in a pot. Chop the chili-chocolate into small pieces and add to the milk. Stir until the chocolate has melted.

2. Whip the cream. Fill double-sided Artesano Hot Beverage glasses with warm chocolate milk and garnish with whipped cream, almond slivers and cocoa powder.
