The new elegance of the Romantic
With La Belle, Villeroy & Boch is positioning a premium product that displays a strong trend towards the modern interpretation of classics from previous eras. The design of the collection incorporates style elements of the romantic era, such as curved ornaments and blossom tendrils, and interprets these in a contemporary manner. This leads to a design that is sensual and playful but also clear and modern. La Belle is an imaginative collection that highlights the arc between the romantic and the modern in unusual bathroom designs. La Belle, the complete bathroom collection comprising washbasin variations, WC and bidet, as well as matching baths, bathroom furniture and tap fittings has been developed with a view to introducing a harmonious, uninterrupted style to bathroom furnishing. The furniture and tap fittings are undecorated, but, in some cases, are also available with décor. This paves the way for interpretations that range from classic-romantic to contemporary-romantic – depending on how the elements are combined with or without décor.
Attractively designed ceramics and baths made of Quaryl®
All sanitary elements from La Belle are very delicate and gentle and therefore have a slightly feminine appearance. The washbasin design is unusually straight-lined and flat: gentle steps lend the ceramics a subtle modern look which is discretely underlined by the attractively designed ceramic outlet valve. The surface-mounted washbasin has a surprising effect: as an Arabesque, it interrupts the straight-lined approach of the collection, adds a lively touch to the vanity unit and also lends a new, unfamiliar appearance to the washing area – playful but yet clear. Washbasins in the sizes 100, 70 and 50 cm are available along with the 85-cm surface-mounted washbasin. The gentle curvature of the WC and bidet, both of which are wall-mounted, also reflect this design. All of the ceramic elements from the La Belle collection have an easy-care CeramicPlus finish. Moreover, the WC is supplied with the innovative and invisible SupraFix attachment system, which greatly simplifies the installation of wall-mounted WCs.
The La Belle collection also includes a duo bath which harmonises perfectly with the outer contours of the furniture. The bath, which features clear lines and guarantees maximum bathing pleasure, is made of the exclusive material Quaryl® and is available as a free-standing version with a matching Quaryl® panel or as a built-in version. The built-in bath can be optimised with whirlpool systems from Villeroy & Boch.
Premium furniture programme with La Rose décor
The hand-painted premium furniture programme is available in two high-quality colours: brilliant white glaze and brilliant framboise glaze. The warm raspberry tone adds an unusual colour to the bathroom design and underscores the exclusive character of the overall design. The slimline vanity unit on legs, which is reminiscent of an elegant table, underlines the feminine appearance of the washing area, while the slimline vanity unit variations with pull-out elements emphasise the modern side of the collection. A matching tall cabinet, a sideboard, a dressing table with a lamp and a drawer as well as a stool and three different mirrors are also available. The tall cabinet, stool and mirrors are optionally available with the La Rose décor in the form of a flower tendril. The interior of the cabinets and drawers is quite unusual: velvet flocked drawer bases and decorated glass shelves enhance the value of the furniture. The flexible drawer compartments and accessory boxes prove very practical.
Exclusive tap fittings and accessories from the LaFleur collection
The new extensive LaFleur range of tap fittings and accessories, which comprises numerous product versions including a swivel washbasin outlet and a bath mixer with floor-standing pipes for free-standing baths, was developed to harmonise perfectly with the La Belle collection. LaFleur is available in a high-quality chrome or champagne finish – a warm, bright gold colour that lends the washing area a particularly fine and gentle charm. This can be supplemented with a number of selected tap fittings, such as a three-hole washbasin mixer, the pillar tap, the wall-mounted washbasin mixer as well as various décor accessories. The décors feature a subtle floral motif that harmonises with the bathroom design in a discrete manner. The articles from the LaFleur collection include five different tap fittings for washbasins, some with décor, a large selection of tap fittings, shower mixers and valves for baths and showers, bidet tap fittings as well as a diverse range accessories ranging from towel holders and toilet roll holders to tumbler holders with matching tumblers, soap dishes and lotion dispensers.
