Villeroy & Boch gives private users a guarantee of three years for all Aqua & Air whirlpool systems. In all cases there is a 2 years’ guarantee on the remote control. The following guarantee terms apply to steam cabins and shower enclosures: 3 years on the cabin, 2 years on the taps, the technical fittings and the glass. Two years is given on shower enclosures.

All bath and shower trays made from acrylic and Quaryl® are guaranteed for ten years.

Quaryl^® is partly composed of natural materials. One of the characteristics of Quaryl^® is that, in exceptional cases, small irregularities may appear in its structure.
