"Subway 80" – generous design for total flexibility
Villeroy & Boch is presenting a further reversible ceramic kitchen sink at "Focus Küche & Bad 2008". Its name is "Subway 80". The linear design of "Subway 80" is conceived with a centrally located tap-hole strip which enables the sink to be fitted both with a bowl on the right or on the left. This results in greater flexibility when designing the kitchen and even more comfort for left-handers. By adding this new two-bowl member to the successful collection of "Subway" kitchen sinks, Villeroy & Boch is continuing the development of this highly-functional series with its outstanding design qualities.
"Subway 80" is a generous sink intended for 80cm base units, and perfectly combines elegant design with a high degree of functionality. Two large bowls and a comfortable drainer provide ideal conditions to easily clean bulky items such as baking trays, saucepans and roasting tins, baking dishes, bowls or vases. As a result, "Subway 80" even fulfils professional requirements for an enjoyable kitchen work-environment.
With its new, reversible "Subway 80" kitchen sink, Villeroy & Boch is offering a further product solution which specifically accommodates the latest requirements, not only of market partners, but also of many end consumers. These include comfortable ordering processes and flexibility during fitting and daily use. The Right "Subway" Sink for Everyone
With the addition of this new, reversible model, the "Subway" kitchen-sink series offers an even greater choice of ceramic sinks for those who attach importance to purist design and a high degree of functionality in the kitchen. The "Subway" range now includes sinks for base units with the sizes 45 cm, 50 cm, 60 cm and 80 cm. All sinks are available in Villeroy & Boch kitchen-sink colours, with the option of a left-side bowl. There is also the "Subway 60 XL" model which offers 60-cm base units an extra-large bowl with a 53-cm diagonal. The "Subway flat" version fits flush with the work surface and is available with a right-side bowl in a choice of three colours: "white alpin", "grani-crème" and "graphite". The "Subway" range can therefore offer a sink solution for virtually every kitchen situation, every ergonomic requirement and every taste. Rounding off the "Subway" kitchen collection are matching accessories such as a sieve insert and wire basket of special steel, a sink-stopper lever and a robust, smooth universal cutting-board of beech, with integrated juice groove.
