The Whirlpool systems from Villeroy & Boch meet the very highest safety standards. The cleaning process starts up automatically after the bathwater has drained away. After using the whirlpool, the blower always starts up again after a certain delay, in order to dry the system's air pipes. The drying process can also be activated manually at any time via the system controls. Please refer to the operating instructions for further details.

The safety outlet features an integrated hair trap which keeps hair and small objects out of the piping system and prevents a potentially dangerous vacuum effect for children: as soon as the suction level drops, the safety outlet shuts down the water pump.
